I have maintaining two consumer durable loan in kotak mahindra bank. Since 5th of nov was my first Emi date i have tranfered the emi amount to the account prior before the emi date. But emi not debited and i have paid the amount manually through the app. But after that day they have debited extra amount from my account. Today my friend transferred money to my kotak account, from that amount also they have charged money in the name of lien....

The worst service no chat no calls are responding properly.I so ended my 150 rs only hearing IVR still since Friday 4th nov I am trying to call no one is bother.I applied for loan due to emergency but still now responses..chat people enjoying with my problem giving thr scripted reply...

This is to report that Kotak Mahindra Bank continues to call me for personal loans and credit cards even though my number is on the National Do Not Call for more than around 5 years now.
They claim that their DND list does not have my number and their website does not give an option to register the numbers on their DND list.

For the month of November my EMI payment has been deducted twice. I manually paid my EMI amount ₹5834 on 06th November 2022 through PAYTM as it wasn't deducted automatically on 5th November 2022 even though I had sufficient balance in my account now they asked me to pay 500 rupees extra because of delay in payment. On 07th of November again my account was debited by ₹5834 automatically.

And also kotak deducted 225 rupees...

I had registered previously with kotak 811 account and executive competed full kyc from me, and banking staff confirmed the same even upon visiting branch recently.
I am unable to access my kotak 811 account and account type changed to 811 lite. When opening 811 widget through banking app, response appears as that option is only available to 811 customers. And when trying to open a new 811 account, page appears as I am already having...
