Non confirmation credit card insurance/payment

Dear Sir,

I received your bank credit card a few months ago and have not used it since, nor have I generated the pin number.

Last October 2022, Rs. 2861/- was auto debited from my account for Kotak Card Insurance (without my knowledge/permission). I have not accepted or subscribed to any Production/Security/Insurance plan from my side.

Withheld of money

I am maintaining two consumer durable loan in your bank. But the Emi for the month of February was bounced due to insufficient funds. I have paid it manually along with bouncing charge. But now kotak bank mobile banking showing 1297 rupees as closing balance and 0 rs as current balance. Why i cant withdraw my money?? What is closing balance and current balance. Please release my withheld amount. I am attaching the screenshot of the same....

Atm cw fees-dom charges

Dear kotak mahindra bank,

I have been using this account from last 2 years and my kotak account is CORPORATE EDGE SALARY ACCOUNT but now i have noticed that my account is keep deducting from rs.23.60, 24.00, 29.00 etc. on the daliy basis for the atm cw fees-dom. As per my knowledge there are 5 transctions are free in a month and i had withdrawl only 2 in january month and i had withdrawal rs.500 on 4th january 2023 and rs....

ATM CW Fees deduction

Hello Myself kalpak V kotak bank savings account holder. Inbetween from 23rd to 24th Feb 2023 .they have deducted 24rps 11 times as total 260rps. As atm cw fees and I have not at all used my debit card more than twice in this month how could they deduct it and if this happens in any emergency situation means what will be the effect of customers. what kind of service you people are providing this is absolutely not at all fair.plz kindly check...

Lien on account

I have maintaining two consumer durable loan account in kotak mahindra Bank. i have paid the amount manually through the app along with bouncing charge. Arbitration Letter

Hello,

They hold my balance

I had a ECS mandate with Just Dial and used ho pay my emi online thorough another account so as I cancelled the NACH through mobile banking app on 11th may 2021 but as per the customer care executive still just dial was able to hit my account 6 times so as charges of ₹ 6077.00 have been applied to my account. EMI Cancellation request

I bought an item from amazon but it didn't reach me and I went directly for return, and I paid through kotak bank credit card, but I reached kotak bank many times to cancel the EMI but they didn't let me. They say we can't do it. But if my EMI amount has gone back to their account then why won't my EMI get cancelled? This is what I need an answer to....

Kotak bank charges 1179 rs as lien tbms charges. Without any prior notice..

Why this charges? If this is zero balance account..

Kindly request you please credit deducted amt to my account and also know reason of deduction..

Home loan emi

We took one loan for the same property, same amount previously and cancelled the loan as the builders delayed, loan account no:HF38887436. but the bank took emi even before registration.

Account freeze

I have a kotak 811 account in the bank but I forget to get a full kyc of my account and The time period for the kyc has a limit of 1 year but it has been few months and my account is freezed by bank and the nearest branch is about 90-100 km far away in another district I want a chance for E-KYC of my account from the bank....

Im complaining about kotak group secure one policy

I'm facing a problem since 36 days, And already given complain to kotak life insurance, Kotak group secure one activated a policy worth 2634.35 rupees directly without permission. I tried to complaining to kotak mahindra life insurance but they say that we can't help you. I tried their toll free number [protected] but it's always busy. I also tried an email but they just saying that we would refund in 10.days but they can't....

Scam company disturbing people for loan and products

Hey kotak mahindra,
I know you are a scam company but that doesn't give you the right to disturb someone every day calling 30+ times begging to take loan.
I have even raised complaint via your official channel and your customer service team is refusing to take any step at all to solve the issue.
Even though my number is DND registered that doesn't stop you from calling multiple times a day.
This is an unbearable...
