I have done AMC with Bajoria Appliances Pvt. Ltd. for servicing my Kuchina Chimney for 3 years AMC No. 019506 Dt. 18.12.2015. I am sorry to inform you that till date my Chimney was not serviced for a single also. After my several attempts (4th) with Kolkata Office, Complain No.[protected] Dt. 19.05.16 one man came on 26.05.2016, but could not for want of cleaning materials. Kindly let me know what I do.
