Sir, I requested Marvel HQ to start telecasting Beyblade burst turbo in my marvel HQ channel no 457. From 6:30 pm to 8:45 pm . But they didn't listened to me, please do something....

I paid an advance of Rs500, 000 in the year 2009 stating that the approval will happen in 6 months. Later it was communicated that the occupant is not vacating and it is in litigation.

Later I have been issued PDC for a value of Rs650, 000 with an agreement. All the cheques were bounced. I filed a case in the police station. The owners were called for a compromise. Rs.50, 000 is paid and balance was agreed to be paid in installments....

I have booked an apartment in solar ray project by land marvel. Till date no progress. Please lodge a complaint in commissioner office that they sold the property without approvals. This will amount to cheating. I have already lodged one and now it is progressing. I have also lodged criminal complaint in the court for the cheque bounce. We have paid Rs 5, 00, 000 as a advance payment to land marvel properties in 2009 They did not start the project. So we request them to return the money but they are not paying it....

I paid money to buy a flat in the above said area.
The money was paid in feb of 2005.
Till today the Land marvel owners have not done a squat with the building start up.
They have taken my money and haven't even transferred or registered my UDS.
What are my avenues to recoup the payment with interest and penalty.
Is there some recourse from Builders association or any such regulatory body.

I had purchased flat from Land marvel Properites, from their Tambaram Project Located in Mullai Nagar.

Initially they promoted to us By email saying that the Project will be completed in Jan 2008. wit this Agreement march 2007 we paid Initial Payment. But while making the contract they are very clever made each pior to starting of the stage we have to pay in advance. Also the durations of the Project...
