Sir, I have ordered a mobile on EMI reference id- LBM02067136 on 02.06.2014. They charge Rs. 999/- from me for booking order online. After some days i received a message "your order has been cancelled due to credit policy not match (PAN Card Cibil Score is low), but in terms condition "Without PAN card 20% is acceptance also".
