Hi my name is srikant. On Nov 15 2008 I have purshased levis jeans worth rs 2599 from "M/s LEVI's StORE, Aditya Associates, H.No. 67/A, Sy. No 1058 & 1059, Dharma Reddy Colony, St.No.1, Kukatpally, Hyderabad".

On the very first day when i used the jeans, it got teared between the left pocket and zip section. There was no accident or something that could have teared the jeans.
Immediately on the weekend...

i had bought a pair of jeans from Levis showroom Select Citywalk, Saket, New Delhi about 2 months ago. When i wore it for the first time it got ripped from the bottom so i took it back to the showroom but their salesmen refused to take any responsibilty for the same and told us to clean the surface so that they could cut the ripped part and stitch it for me. i started using levis denim past 4yrs, and against my financail constrain, i was happy buying levis coz of the quality pdt levis sells.
In March'07, i bought levis denim worth rs 1800, from sector 18, noida - but it didnt last for even 4 mnths, its torned from anywhere and everywhere.When i took the denim to the store - he refused to attend to my complaint just becuase it was 6 months old purchase and gave me the customer...

i bought two pairs of levis jeans but both them torn off after few uses, i went to the company owned showrooms but they refused to change my jeans, well i spend about 4000 rs in indian currency and i would appreciate if the company will replace it .

I have purchased one levis jeans of Rs1999 from NOIDA GIP store.And when i went for complaint those guys told that our operational manager first see this jeans then he will give the approval and they gave me one week time duration for this process.But they did not call me for next 10 days.And when i call them they said that operation manager has refused to give the claim.Now when i am making call to operation manager he is picking...

i had purchased a levi jeans from their outlet in kanpur. later i wanted an exchange for a smaller size.but teh store refused to do it saying there wasnt any guarantee i had purchased it from their store.(mind you all tags including the bar code were intact.)repeated emails and phone calls to their customer care dept. has not yielded any result till date.kindly help....

I went to this Levis Store on MG Road, in Agra, bought 2 pairs of jeans having MRP 1699 and 1899/- respectively.

There was 20% discount sale aswell.

To my surprise when i got the bill they had charged an MRP of 1899 and 2099/- respectievely on both the jeans which was Rs.200/- more on each pair of jeans.

I still have the price tag and bill with me.

The store staff was not ready...
