I have been gifted 2 air of jeans 522 & 513 both bearing waist of 34 but i am unable to wear as it is very loose. I also have a couple of jeans from the same brand but none of them are having that problem. I want to exchange it and get the correct fit of same number. I have received Levis Digital Gift Voucher for Icici credit card redemption points. I asked to redeem the points in levis Outlet in Bangalore Basaveshwaranagar, They didn't redeem and asked me to check with customer care.
Kindly help me how to deal with this.
