[Resolved] LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd. — Complaint regarding lg 190 ltr fridge | |||
I purchase a fridge from vijay sales dated on 26 june 2016. from day one we are facing so many problems in this product and also lodge couple of complaints for the same. it's highly disappointing that from day one i am following up with technical staff for the repairing of brand new product. Problems i faced from fay one are as below - a noise problem. - door lock problem. - moisture on fridge door and chiller tray. After visiting the technician, technician told me regarding moisture this problem is due to weather but i am not satisfied with this comment. and for drain tray pipe technician adjusted the pipe by banding in the drain tray. These all craps are not acceptable for me. After so many visit of technician the problems are still remain the same. Please find attached the invoice copy and and some of pictures fridger door with moisture problem. I have send so many follow up mail and they didn't provide me solution for the same.
