LG Electronics — The replacement of panel | |||||
Old complaint no. Rna[protected].-generated on 10th of april New complaint no. Rna[protected] - why this is generated today Was loged the compliant on 10th of april and till date there is no action, i have got the new dated 4th time now new date is 22nd of april. For the replacement of tv screen panel but till date no action from lg I have basic questions: Why lg can't replace the panel? Who is responsible to give dates? Service center? Why they are liars - first date was 12th, than 18th april after that 28th april, than 13th may, and today they have given 22nd of may. Who is responsible - customer care is saying service center. And service center is saying lg - how i can talk to an lg representative. I am having an insurance of the product, which is going to expire on 20th of may, now who will bear the charges of repair. Just write here that lg can't repair the tv. Will go outside and get it repair. I have filed the case with bajaj allianz and approved for inr 10000/- Now what i have to do instead of follow up i should start to damaging the image of lg in all social media account. If tv will not get repair before the 15th of may will file a case against lg as well service center for the committing false dates and forcing me to go for the replacement. Why you don't writing or informing that we can't repair. What i should do... Should i visit manufacturing plants with tv to get repair. Was this information helpful? | |||||
