Have taken 5 years membership for which paid rs.50, 000/, i want to contact the customer care and all the contact nos of branch office and head office pune but all nos. Are not working. Even there is no reply from customer services and directors. The branch office belapur is closed without any information, obviously likizo intention is not right.

I want to surrender the membership and refund my membership amount rs.50000/....

The company ask me to pay the 10k as down payment and rest 90k as emi but they have deducted 60k in once from my credit card and now when i am calling them to getting their services they are not picking up my calls.

Also trying from other numbers their number is not working.
I ask them that if you are not able to provide me services you refund my money. (10k down payment as they said is not refundable) not sure about...

I have been continuously following up on my refund from likozo services.

Due to pre committment of my emi and education of my daughter, i have sent withdrawal/cancellation of membership within 10 days after joining this fake company.

Till date i have not recd my refund and i request you to help to get refund from this likizo services.

Likizo Told that Joining fee will be in EMI, but it was deducted directly. They told convert it to EMI they will bear charges but not responding. Not issuing monthly 2000/- Fuel vouchers as promised. Not providing any services. They have wind-up their CBD- Belapur office Too. We are unable to chase these company, no one attending the phone or replying on mail.

I am member of Likizo Service and wanted to plan a tour but I am not able to contact none of Likizo staff in Mumbai since last one month.. When I visited his Belapur office in "Vtimes square", I come to know that both the offices on 2nd floor and 4th floor are closed. All land line and Mobile number are not in use.

Now I want my money Back. Please suggest what to Do.

In March'17 I tool the Likizo membership for 5 years for which I paid Rs.97000/. The executives committed lot of things like that all the expenses lodging boarding and sight seen will be arranged by Likizo.But while booking the holiday I noticed that there was lot of discrepancy. There was no sight seen, no lunch. Only boarding and dinner incase it is available.

For refund of membership fees, Since lost 10 days I am mailing...

Same like all these guys called me and explained me for there holiday plans
According to there plan they said they provide the 5 star hotels but they will not even give you the OYO room.

I have paid 1.2LK and asked for international holiday plan for 6 days but its been 2 years they are not able to manage my holiday.

Just to start I asked them provide me any holiday in Goa and also wanted to gift my holiday...

I have taken membership by paying 92000/- and not used any service.
Now when I am contacting for service they are not responding emails. There customer care numbers are not reachable.
I want my money back.

They have given so many promises during presentation but in fact they don't call you or peek your phone after getting money.

This is a fraud company. I took 5 year holiday membership last year and paid membership amount in full. Recently when I tried to reach them over phone as they did not paid me my interest on EMI as they committed, they were not cornnectable. I tried calling them again and again many time with all numbers available with me, still no one was reachable, I also emailed them many times, but no body replied, so i got doubt and i visited their branch...

All they have done is the false commitments and promises. I have paid 47500 for 2.5 years of membership and for service of 6 night & 7 days/Year stay and 3/4 star...

There are multiple complaints about this company. These people are cheat. They have promised holiday vacation plans but there customer services are hopeless. Company is closed now, i believe. Many people in this forum have registered complaint against them and owners are absconding. All offices are closed and no number is reachable.
Multiple calls are going unanswered. I do have numbers of few employees but they are also absconding...

I have been cheated by this company with 75000/-. They were telling that every year dineout, gym, spa, and 5 star hotel will be provided but nothing is done tilllast year gone. I want to get refund. While signing agreement their so called sales executive promised us to provide best travel experience but nothing happen and always not answering when i gone to meet personally to office....

We have paid 36944/- and were told that a free holiday voucher would be given. No one is responding to our calls and when we wanted to book the holidays no one was replying back. We were supposed to get free vouchers which never arrived. Everything promised was fake and we want a full refund pls issue a cheque for the money that we paid the free vouchers were just to fool...

I have availed there service paying 70000rs on 14 july 2018.

They promised to avail hotel services and also health club membership for 3 years.

I asked for health club membership but they have not provided the service and are also not refunding my money back.

It's been almost 10 months but they are not attending the call nor do they give reply on mail....

This is a fraud company which traps you in the name of lucky draw and calls at their office claiming some gift vouchers where they will push you to opt membership of likizo.
