Fully unsatisfied with 2nd servicing of my XUV 500 vehicle at Shivz Autotech Private Ltd. Imphal, Manipur on 27.1.2022.

They not even clean the inside of the vehicle, rather they make dirty inside. Not properly washed the vehicle.

This is lower down the name and fame of Mahindra.

Please look into the issue.

We booked a Mahindra XUV 300 W8 Petrol Manual BS6 (Napoli Black) on 1st Oct 2021 with booking ID from Automotive Manufacturers Jubilee hills hyderabad. The delivery date was promised within 45 to 90 days. The promised time is way past and there is absolutely no update from the Mahindra on the delay. Hey, Recently(23-Dec'21) purchased XUV300 W8(O) includes Accessories money ₹15K(which is mandatory according to your showroom) from Kakinada, AndhraPradesh showroom.
Its been more than a month.. stiĺl I did not get even a single accessory. I asked for refund or a quickly provide the accessories..however nothing has happened till now. Everytime when i ask, they try to postpone..& now they are not even responding properly to me.br...

I brought this car in June 2019.Till now I driven this car only 18200 km.But this is second time to issue in clutch plate.

On 21/1/2022 at around 5 o'clock my car bolero bs6 registration no jk14h2053 suddenly stopped and not get started then i call on your helpline number and they text me with ref no and assured me that your car will be toed in 5 hours but no one has come yet after 24 hours

My vehicle had got minor dent on front part dated 30th Nov 2021 and i had deposited the same for repair at your service center Nexzen in Ranchi(Jharkhand) on 4th Dec 2021.

On 21 of Jan 2022, service center sent me the bill amounting to Rs 93908 which includes many excess change of body...

Complaint No. CF[protected] was registered with Mahindra and Mahindra but did not resolve the issue....

Please note i gave in complaint with them and thy don't want to solve it
I don't want to speak to them again every time i take my pick up there thy don't fix it properly. Now my pick up head gasket went and i gave it in thy cut my head cover in half to get my glow plugs out. That when i went to take my pick up out of there work shop and gave it in to a norther work shop. Now Mahindra Silverton don't want to replace the parts thy broke....
