Personal Abuse by a makemytrip employee

hi,

I had logged into makemytrip.com for 1 hour regarding my travel plans from US to India. The agent spent his own time and after an hour gives me an iternary which was not at all suited to me . I outrightly rejected it BUT to my surprise I get an email from the same person ( from this personal email id ) abusing me .

Confirmation of ticket

I Have booked my travel ticket from Muscat to Trivandrum as on date 06/09/2010 for travel date 09/09/2010, As per their payment gateway alreay made the payment through SBT net banking service.

But, i have not received the booking ID reference and ticket confirmation slip.

I called makemytrip customer service today morning and spent my Talk time 24.25 minutes from muscat, they are not giving any solution and assurance...

cancellation charges extra against whatever shown in booking id

I have booked a ticket with makemytrip with reference no : NF[protected]. Which i have to cancelled due to some rescheduling in my itenrary. The cancellation money which should come to my account is Rs 25275 (receipt attached) . But the money refunded to me is Rs. 23025 . They have not given any account of extra money deducted for cancellation. This is a case of direct cheating by such a reputed website.

Wrong Booking and No Response

I made a booking through Makemytrip, thinking that it's reliable agency and would be fair in dealing. But, I was wrong. I booked my ticket N Delhi to Edinburgh and back and the dates mentioned by me for return was wrongly done by Makemytrip and they booked it one day before. While I approached them, they said will look in to it and sort it out within 72 hours. Still after 100 Hrs, I call them they say it will take next 72 hrs repeatedly....

I bought airline tickets to Cochin India from Orlando, Florida on Makemytrip.com. Online Booking Fraud

I had booked my ticket in Kingfisher Red IT-3182 for 12th sep from chennai - mumbai for myself. with name KUMARESAN SHANMUGASUNDARAM. But i unable to get the ticket.
