Malabar Hill Police Station — Complaint against police officer mahadeo shinde | |||||
Unauthorised additions and alterations are being carried out in flat 26 in `C' Wing of Maheshwari Mansion since 2nd November, 2015. Complaints sent by me to the Commissioner of Police, Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime) and Additional Commissioner of Police (Mumbai South) on 5th November, 2015 were forwarded by them to the Senior Inspector of Police at Malabar Hill Police Station, who further forwarded them to Police Officer Mahadeo Shinde in Malabar Hill Police Station for inquiry and action. The same officer Mahadeo Shinde permitted the workers to continue the work of illegal additions and alterations in flat 26 in `C' Wing of the building in December 2015 upon my complaint after lodging it as NC Complaint. He even did not take action yesterday when he was on duty at Malabar Hill Police Station when I called the Police Control Room to complain about unbearable noise at around 7:30 p.m. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Thank you Ms. Rekha Mantri to get this matter in public. Can you elaborate how did u get access to see what unauthorized and alterations have been done in the said apartment / flat. Can you also elaborate on your status in the said premises as a legal tenant ? Also elaborate how come no one else in the premises including nebhours could beat with the in bearable noise except yourself ? Would appreciate
