Before second service of car, At the time car pick up driver checked and found that car jack not available in car (jack handle and tyre opening tool available), During first service car pick up checking everything was normal no any missing item. After 1st service i did not check car due to i trust on maruti service. In between i never require jack so i was not knowing jack is not available and i only (owner) using car so there is no chance to miss jack anywhere. So as per this i understood that card jack missed in 1st service only....

They basically take parts from damaged cars and put them in new cars whch comes for any servicing. i caught them red handed doing all this. also the employess there are not civilised at all. they donot know how to talk to customers and they way of talking is very poor.
