This is a complaint against Maruti Suzuki Dealer - Fort Point Automotive Car Pvt. Ltd. Ground Floor, Pataskar Eclate, Ghodbunder Road, Anand Nagar, Beside Axis Bank, Thane, Maharashtra - 400607 My car has been to Service Centre for more than 10 times (in 5 Months in addition to 2 free services) due to the FOLLOWING REASONS:: 1. Gear Transmission is not smooth - Problem Unresolved since Day of Car Delivery. 2. Noise from Engine (similar to noise of beetle mosquito) - Problem Unresolved since Day of Car Delivery. 3. Dear sir, My name is mr. AKHTAR ALI .H.A. KHAN, I had pre booked ciaz vdi Abs model from s.k wheel pvt ltd ( branch navi mumbai 400 705.) But they not giving my pre advance booked amount . I had tried many time to executive of s.k wheel pvt ltd., executive name = suraj nanaware . He is only giving excuse to delay my payment from so many days he is totally useless person he is to annoying to customer please i suggest him to suspend him. Iam attaching proof of docment also....

Hi, On 25th Dec, 2014 I exchanged my Old Santro Xing Car with New Maruti Suzuki RITZ VDI Model from Eakansh Wheels, Village Tepla, Ambala Cantt. The executive I dealt with was Mrs. Geeta Chauhan. My Very bad experience is due to following reasons: 1. Finance from HDFC Bank took more than 1 month and now the dealer is asking for the Interest as a Rs 500/1000 per day. 2. Earlier, Geeta Chauhan said that Pollution will be free of cost as per scheme but they are demanding Rs 21000 for the same. 3. My name is Ketan Shah, i have bought Ertiga VXI in May 2014. I am very happy with my decision till date but since past 2 days i have noticed the Gear Box got very hard and I sent the car to Spectra Motors Works garage for the same. After checking the car the mechanic has called me and said there was problem with clutch plate and related items and that he does not have input shaft so it has to be ordered to their Gurgaon works and this will take about 4/5 days. I am shocked that within such a short time this major issue occurred and i had presumed that Maruti will have no issue of the parts...

Maruti Suzuki - Re repair and asking for repayment

I ksn kumar have a car m-800 of 2002 model. No : ap 35 c1022

Due to gear problem i visited the service centre last month which is located in siripuram. After completing repair, they called me and handed over the car along with a bill. Again the problem had arised after a week.

Again... 2nd time for the same issue i approached the same service centre (Day before yesterday 27/01/2015).

Today 29/01/2015 i got a call from the s centre and asking me to pay around rs.2000/-.

Could you please let me know how many times should i visit the service...

Today my car pick up by Star line Cars - Maruti Delarer at Ahmedabad, Naroda, and Delarer person met with accident and damage car badly.


They damage both door badly after so many follow up they are not given answer to me and also not showing my car pic from front side, even i do not on which part my car is damage they just send me two pic of cars and said your car damage only this side. They said we will repair your that parts but its not up to the mark because the door are totally damage.


So my request to replace it with new door and with out any...

During my car purchase on 31st Dec the day I booked the car Celerio Vxi at One Auto Kalikapur, they promised to give me additionally cover for the car, rubber foot mat and sun viser. During car delivery to me on 9th Jan they gave me only the cover and said that they will provide the sun viser and rubber foot mat later after 15 days. But when I called up after 17 days they replied that Maruti does not provide rubber mat and they will not provide me with rubber foot mat as promised instead I need to carry on with cloth mat as given earlier. I am REJIN RAJ.I had bought a new swift vxi car from the SARATHY AUTO CARS, PALLIMUKKU, KOLLAM. Actualy i booked the vehicle at TRIVANDRUM BRANCH OF SARATHY. I paid the amount to the accountant to sri siddique (mob;9947717765). He said that an amount of 1500/- which is an offer for govt employees will be given to you by the company MARUTY SUZUKI IN CHEQUE WITHIN A WEEK. My vehicle No.is KA 04 MA 9457 Maruti Omni had a water pump belt problem on 26th Jan 2015 on the Bangalore Mangalore Highway at 8.00PM. The place Solur was 17km from Nelamangala Bangalore. When I tried the Toll free number 18001021800, the complaint was not registered for 45min ( Only hearing music when your in Trouble). When contacted the service centre M/s.RNS motors ( they claim 24hrs service) where I service my vehicle, the answer was the Jurisdiction not belongs to them and I have to pick belt from Nelamangala and find a mechanic to replace the same. It is very painful experience for me to buy a Maruti Vehicle & want to advice other prospective buyer that go with some other brands because maruti have giant customer portfolio that's why they do not care about there customers....

Sir, My windshield glass was broken due to a minor accident I droop my SX4 UP 14 AX 8364 on 22/01/2015 at Regent Auto links Pvt Ltd, Ghaziabad to change my windshield glass. And after changing windshield glass they deliver my SX4 on next day 23/01/2015 at 7:00 PM . And got a billed Rs 6847/-. When I check the windshield glass I found that glass molding was not properly fitted and plastic cover below wiper not properly fitted and my car was fully dust from inside.
