I have purchased a new maruti alto k10 last month. As per website mentioned as Arai tested mileage of 24km per litre of petrol. But am not even getting 20. As I expected minimum it should give 20kmpl but actually what I am getting is 14 or 15kmpl. I am not satisfied by buying this maruti car. I don't want 24kmpl also but atleast am expecting 20kmpl. Purchased in Celery VXI Automatic in July 2014 after too many followups with dealer BIMAL for close to 6 months of booking.

From time we purchased there has been many complaints. AMT kit has been replaced within 1 year for gear change problem & gear locking problem.

Still many time gears do not get shifted (example vehicle is running in 2nd gear even when speed has reached 50KMPH). Now auto CLUTCH chattering...

Vehicle was given to maruthi mandovi, jp nagar, sarakki, bangalore for vehicle not getting started - 3 times given for same reason in a single week between 18th jan 16 to 25th jan 16.

complaint made to customer care, ho. despite this, no proper service - not even 15 days are over today again same problem. This shows how customer service are being given

very very hopeless service.
