I am rajib banerjee, holding a max life insurance annuity policy, policy number[protected]. Annual premium for this policy was due on 30th dec, 2019, it is paid through ecs of axis bank. Axis bank is the agent who sold me this policy.

It's painfull to inform you again and again. It's been a longer back on dated 18 december 2019. Have discontinued my agency from max618746 max life insurance company. They have not yet surrender my code, though sent many reminders and mails. Now i would like to join other insurance company.

Kindly take a immediate action and do needful at the earliest.

The payment for my term plan premium with max life has been made twice my mistake. I already had standing instruction setup from my savings account and i made payment during after the intimation mail separately as well. Both of them are in max life's system. By now, I must have received more than 50 fake calls quoting my policy number asking for deactivation of Agent code to transfer the bonus amount directly to my account.
They are asking for the PAN card, Aadhar card and cancelled cheque and a deposit of Rs. 50k in a fund called Govt Return Fund.
Since I could sense and make out their intention, I avoided their calls. What about the people who would blindly believe...

I have resigned my job from max life insurance co ltd on 5th aug-2019 and i got relieving and experience letter but i didn't get pf settlement till date.

I sent mail to hr team but i didn't even get respond mail.

I had signed & sent many forms since 10 years to max insurance to ensure that no auto debit happens towards any of my max life insurance policies. However those # had done an auto debit from my bank account even though their agent syed ali promised me that auto debit will never happen for the policies, and thereby was charged hefty bank charges for insufficient funds,

Due to inefficient team of max why should i be held responsible...

It shows they've had too much practice, that they are good at lying.

I have invested certain amount in a max new york life insurance, it turned out to have lower returns on investment then a savings account and we have thus stopped infusing new investments. There are consistent calls and also sending random sales executives to our address to revive the policy. We have made it clear for not interested in wasting any more money on this # investment. Kindly inform us how to not get any calls or communications...

I get spam calls from different mobile numbers saying they have received cheq which says i should give my bonus to agents. I have been getting this spam calls like 7-8 times in last 1 year.

I have different policies from different companies, but never my data has been leaked as has been done by maxlife (I have 2 policies and both data were leaked). Only makes me wonder if maxlife intentionally sells this details....

We are totally unhappy and unsatisfied with the max life insurance company and their service.

My mother was forced to take max life insurance policy who is uneducated and don't know any knowledge about these insurance companies. She had some amount in her axis bank account for her medical expenses and she was cheated by the company and lost her money from her account.

I was checking my insurance details and they asked me my policy number and date of birth then there were a msg that a 4 digit otp will be sent to your mobile number and email id but someone at your company changed my phone number and email id because email id is showing like - ani*janmaxlifeinsurance.com
And the number is also not mine... And i want to cancel my policy and want my all money refund otherwise i will complain in police...

My policy no. Is[protected] of max life insurance. I am a reputed customer of your company. My quarterly premium of rs. 16, 616/- is being auto debited from my card without any information. I want to pay my premium by using other payment options like net banking, cash, cheque.
It is requested to deactivate the auto debit option from my card. So, that i can pay my premium the way i want to and remain a good customer of max life.
