I am rajib banerjee, holding a max life insurance annuity policy, policy number[protected]. Annual premium for this policy was due on 30th dec, 2019, it is paid through ecs of axis bank. Axis bank is the agent who sold me this policy.

payment due to fraud call

I am holding a max life insurance annuity policy, policy number[protected]. Annual premium for this policy was due on 30th dec, 2019, it is paid through ecs of axis bank. Axis bank is the agent who sold me this policy.
In this context, i got a call from a lady (Who introduced herself as ms. Tejal, max life agent m: [protected]) on 27th dec 2019 mentioning that if i pay the premium directly to maxlife then i will need to pay rupees...

Hi,
The payment for my term plan premium with max life has been made twice my mistake. I already had standing instruction setup from my savings account and i made payment during after the intimation mail separately as well. Both of them are in max life's system. My policy no. Is[protected] of max life insurance. Yesterday i have paid rs. 6452/- through phonepe of which utr id is[protected].

But still maxlife insurance is not accepting that they have received the payment. My policy renewal date is 2nd jan 2020 which is coming tomorrow. Kindly help.

I have been fooled by giving false assurance

This is to inform you that, i was admitted to the nanavati hospital on 04th december 2019 after doctor consultation as i was having very severe pain in my stool.

So, my doctor (Mr jayant barve (Gastroenterologist) advised me to get hospitalized immediately (I have submitted a relevant document for the reference).

Next day, colonoscopy was done and they detected piles...

max life insurance collection agent frauds leaking customer information

We have taken policy in Max Life insurance with policy no as[protected].Policy holder is my father Mr M. Subramaniam. Life insured is myself S.Gowri. We have taken the policy on 31-Aug-2015 and my father paid only two premiums for the years 2015 and 2016. After in 2017 he got stroke attack and he was disabled and we couldn’t pay the premiums. Hi,
By now, I must have received more than 50 fake calls quoting my policy number asking for deactivation of Agent code to transfer the bonus amount directly to my account.
They are asking for the PAN card, Aadhar card and cancelled cheque and a deposit of Rs. 50k in a fund called Govt Return Fund.
Since I could sense and make out their intention, I avoided their calls. What about the people who would blindly believe...

max insurance policy auto debit from bank accounts even after opting out

However those # had done an auto debit from my bank account even though their agent syed ali promised me that auto debit will never happen for the policies, and thereby was charged hefty bank charges for insufficient funds,

fake call (+917065374387) for agent bonus how they get my details?

I get spam calls from different mobile numbers saying they have received cheq which says i should give my bonus to agents. I have been getting this spam calls like 7-8 times in last 1 year.

I have different policies from different companies, but never my data has been leaked as has been done by maxlife (I have 2 policies and both data were leaked). Only makes me wonder if maxlife intentionally sells this details....

And the number is also not mine... And i want to cancel my policy and want my all money refund otherwise i will complain in police...

deactivate auto debit service

My policy no. Is[protected] of max life insurance. I am a reputed customer of your company. My quarterly premium of rs. 16, 616/- is being auto debited from my card without any information. I want to pay my premium by using other payment options like net banking, cash, cheque.
It is requested to deactivate the auto debit option from my card. So, that i can pay my premium the way i want to and remain a good customer of max life.
