Fraud call and OTPs shared

I received a call from max life insurance from lady from Max life insurance Security division. She mentioned correct numbers of my Max policy and said that the agent was claiming a bonus on my behalf but she can lodge a complaint if i want to claim the bonus myself. She forwarded the call to internal teams to whom I should share my details in order to remove the agent code. Then the person asked me to share the OTPs received in order to raise...

Pf amount rejected

Max Life Insurance Call Regarding Remove agent code

Team, Today I received a call from Max life asking to get remove the agent code from my policy . He said like your every year bonus amount is getting credited to agent .For that they said to pay some amount . What should I do . Is that true that my bonus amount is credited to the agent ? I started on 2014 and it time for 8 years term. I never get the yearly bonus till now. What should I do

Please guide me on this...

Request for Pf Surrender at Max Life

I, Abhinav Borkakaty, Employee Code GUW1257 am trying to surrender my PF. i had worked with Max Life from 2nd November 2020 to 30th May 2022. At EPFO site I am not able to view my PF nor able to surrender it..

Term Insurance

I have a Term plan policy worth rs 1 CR. There is an agent code attached with my policy.

And recently I came to know from 1 cr, 30 lacs would go to agent and only 70 lacs my nominee would get.

I need to remove the Agent code from the policy.

Sub:-misleading by max representative for plan premium annum.

It is once again bring to your notice that both max representatives Ms.Jyotsna and Mr.Gagan Gupta had misguided me while giving Max life flexi wealth advantage plan-policy no.[protected].They told that initially once Rs.50000/-premium annually is to be paid and there after that less premium can be paid as per choice, but on receiving policy documents it was mentioned clearly in policy that premium Rs.50000/-is to be paid annually for five years...

Monthly 500 rs deducted from my axis account without my consent

Every month on last date of month, approximately 500rs deducting from my axis saving account through ecs.
I dont know why max life is deducting amount i havent taken any insurance and i havet signed any aggrement as such.
Please stop ecs deduction and refund my money back till now what is been deducted.

I send the surrender request for the Policy no.[protected] and generated three tickets for the same but everytime they close the tickets without resolving the request.

PF amount is not showing in the epfo portal

I have joined maxlife insurance on 21 September 2021 i have worked there for 6 months till 31 march 2022,
Now since i have left the company i cannot see any pf amount generated by the employer in the epfo portal thus i cant withdraw the same . Please help...

Fraud call and suspicious call
