On Saturday evening I called to micromax customer care and there executive disconnected my call 3 times, after that I called Ms arihant enterprises (Micromax authorized care point, jaipur) they also disconnecting my calls continuously.I never expected this type of service from Micromax .

Hi, No one buy micromax mobile because of very worst customer service. I bought micromax mobile which is a network issues. I gave to micromax care in west mambalam on december 26th. they gave that mobile on feb 26th only. there is no call from micromax care. I have to only call and ask the details about my mobile.Mostly they willnot attent that call . If I tried 100 times to call to micromax care they will response once one time. Finally...
