I have ordered micromax canvas android one, model no AQ4501on 15 Oct 14. Now my headset is nnot working. As I have warranty on my accessories I went to micromax service center for replacement. They asked me to come after 7 days. When I went they gave me earphone which was folded and tied with a rubber band. Also the tag was not there as if it is an old earphone.
