I bought a micromax led tv from snapdeal online shopping and the tv was working fine for 11 months, after 11 months lines started to appear on the screen, luckily tv is under warranty. hence, i called up the micromax customer care and explained them the problem and they promised to replace the tv once the inspection is completed and approved from their end, the service center people got the approval to replace the new...
