Dear Sir I had purchased Micromax A114 Canvas 2.2 White on 29-07-14 as per trailing e-mail through Snap deal. I am surprised to have experience that the screen went off after exactly one month. I had a great belief that Micromax mobile is a good company, but sorry to say that the experience was similar to the Nokia or samsung which we use to purchase. The phone was submitted at M/s CARIANO TELECOM-302, MANGLAM PLACE M2K ROHINI, DELHI ON[protected] ITSELF.
Till date the same is lying with them only and they are giving excuses on daily basis, fed up with them. Even after 12 days there is no solution as LCD screen is went off and they are saying that it is to be despatched from Micromax.
really I have done a great mistake that I have purchased micromax mobile.

This is the third class services offered by MICROMAX, even after 20 days, I do not have any outcome and daily calling Micromax / service center people to get the mobile back. Being a house wife this is humiliating for me.
I think the right way is to get it set right through consumer court.
