I PURCHASED MICROMAX CANVAS DIUET EG-111 CDMA+GSM MOBILE. BUT ONE PROBLEM IS THAT GSM SLOT IS WORKING AND CDMA SLOT GIVES NO SIGNAL OR ERROR. I TRIED RELIANCE AND TATA DOCOMO CDMA SIM BUT SAME PROBLEM PLEASE REPLACE THIS WITH ANOTHER SET OF EG 111 Was this information helpful? | |||

Sir, I have purchased Micromax EG111 mobile in March, 2014 through Flipkart. After immediately purchasing it, I took more efforts to make it working properly on both sims, CDMA and GSM and also I enabled both GPRS Networks and it was working for some time, then the mobile got struck and hanged in May, 2014 and handed over to the local service provider, they took around one month to solve the problem. Again, in September, 2014 there was an issue with earphone slot and I handed over the mobile with the service provider they took one month to solve the problem and telling that they replaced the mobile itself, since there was no option for correcting the slot separately. Now, again in April, 2014 there is no signal for CDMA and GSM sims and I took the phone to service provider they are telling warranty is over and it cannot be serviced with warranty. Out of 12 months warranty period the mobile phone was with the service provider for more than three months. This is cheating, when I purchased the mobile it was so costly, I paid around 16, 000 for this mobile. It is waste. See that it is rectified.
