Dear Sir / Madam, Thank you for your support. I have complain about Micromax Mobile Service Center and Company's Helpline number. I had called and mailed so many times to Micromax but they are always saying that this mobile can not repair in warranty period, due to liquid damage. But i know there is no liquid damage, it's manufacturing fault. I tried to make them understand a lot but they are not ready to listen me. I have attached photographs of internal part and mobile phone photos, and Purchase Invoice. Also below is the communication details with micromax through e-mail. Please do the needful. After 10 days follow up continuously, today dtd.15.09.2014, they replied it could not be repair under warranty period. I am not understanding why they can not repair under warranty period which is purchased just before two months. As per instruction by Micromax Customer Care Officer on [protected] I have taken photographs, Authorised Service centre has given me photographs of internal damage part of this mobile, i have attached that photo in this mail, also attached invoice copy, front & back cover photo of mobile. Kindly check and revert back as soon as possible. Please do the needful. Note: Incase micromax not revert back to me, i will go for consumer court. I am genuine buyer of micromax and i have genuine complain. Also i will publish news with approval of High Court, Gujarat. This is final notice by me, please take it seriously.
