Micromax — Unethical Behaviour for Warranty | |||
Respected Sir / Madam I had bought Micromax A99 Mobile, Canvas Express (HotKnot) on 18 May, 2015 from M/S. Trade Next, Swami Dayanand Chowk, Near IDBI Bank, Hamirpur (HP). The Cash/Retail Invoice is attached hereby. The mobile-phone was not even working properly during the initial week of purchase (i.e. while dialing a number, if you press 8 it picks 0 instead) and I had informed the same problem to the person from whom I had bought the mobile phone. Now, the mobile phone is not even getting started. They informed me to contact yours Authorized Service Centre at Hamirpur (HP), i.e. M/S Parv Communication, Shop No. 6, Amati Devi Complex, Back Side Raj Jeweller, Near HDFC Bank, Hamirpur (HP) - 177001. The problem reported was identified as: 4101 Power Does Not Switch ON, and the estimated amount of Rs 3891.20. The mobile phone costs Rs 6, 999 and the repair cost is approx Rs 4, 000; while the product is under warranty. Kindly sort out this issue ASAP. Thanks and Regards Was this information helpful? | |||
