Mobikwik.com — deducted wallet money because of mistake in them | |||
mobikwik.com gave an offer called 100% cashback into wallet while purchasing on shopclues.com with a maximum of 100 INR they gave cashbacks on sunday but monday when we saw our wallet money, we came to know that they deducted 90% of wallet money(few from cashbacks n also the previous amount which we deposited earlier) simply tried to escape saying that they had faced a bug yet it is not at all mistake of customer, we need mobikwik to get all those amount to be given back along with fine for troubling customers its all about matter of thousands of customers who faced the same, they cheated customers Was this information helpful? | |||

Cheaters!! Took my money to. They are not even giving me my 100% cashback for transaction which i did in their official offer period.

I also agree with this. This time mobikwik is so un professional. It's totally their mistake but they deducted customers wallet with out any intimation. There is a technical glitch from their side so they should accept it. It's mobikwik old story to block wallets but now they completely cheated customers. Such type of websites should be closed/banned.
