Mobikwik — Transfer back of my wallet balance to bank | |||||
I had transferred rs 509 for Bsnl landline bill payment to my mobikwik wallet [protected] but found that mobikwik does not have Bsnl bill payment hence want to transfer back the amount to the same bank but mobikwik is not allowing to transfer back the full amount please do the transfer back to bank account immediately as I have to pay the Bsnl landline bill. I added Rs.550 on 06th may 2017 (transaction number: IINB[protected]). But till now not credited to my wallet. I already filed a ticket with MobiKwik on 06th may 2017 ( ticke #6476046 ). But I didn't received any response from MobiKwik. Please credit my money back to my account or my wallet.. I'm facing several problems with MobiKwik.
