Mobikwik — Transfer back of my wallet balance to bank

I had transferred rs 509 for Bsnl landline bill payment to my mobikwik wallet [protected] but found that mobikwik does not have Bsnl bill payment hence want to transfer back the amount to the same bank but mobikwik is not allowing to transfer back the full amount please do the transfer back to bank account immediately as I have to pay the Bsnl landline bill.

I have a mobikwik account [protected] from which I wanted to reverse my wallet balance to bank since I was not able to pay my landline bill s raised a complaint on this site since full transfer was not allowed and immediately I got a call from [protected] who said it's mobikwik customer care and they would do the reversal and took my pin but only after an hour my mobikwik account showed that they had recharged two airtel numbers using my wallet balance will mobikwik bring such fraudsters to book and retrieve the amount swindled?

Also they made me to go to a fraud website rbiauthorization.com where I wasade to enter bank details will rbi and other agencies act and put these fraudsters who operate such sites in jail...

I added Rs.550 on 06th may 2017 (transaction number: IINB[protected]). But till now not credited to my wallet. I already filed a ticket with MobiKwik on 06th may 2017 ( ticke #6476046 ). But I didn't received any response from MobiKwik. Please credit my money back to my account or my wallet.. I'm facing several problems with MobiKwik.
I just reserved my bus ticket from buldana to pune having PNR. 8TRTA4N. I have complaint about cashback not received in mobikwik acct. By using promo code SUNNY200 .
I did recharge my phone no [protected] Rs 38 amount debited from bank but not recharged
When i am logging into my Mobikwik account it shows User is Disabled. I have balance in my account.
