Mobile Fun India — Neither depatch nor process status for my order untill 3 days is over.

I have made an order on 11/07/2016 successfully for my lumia 950 flip cover with qi and nfc (product reference : 55620) till today (13/07/2016) no information about my order has been updated, still showing as "unknown order status" and unshipped. actually i have received confirmation e-mail for my purchased and two consequence e-mail for security checking in india that also i have done successfully. i have sent many e-mail but response. please tell me what is going on my order. please clarify as soon as possible.
