Mobile Fun India — Order no. 5169400 not received and payment not returned / No response

Hi, My name is Sandeep kaushik and i ordered a LG G4 back cover from in.mobilefun.com on 23rd Nov. 2015 and the order number is 5169400.I have paid 850 rupees for fast service and while placing the order it mentioned that it will be delivered within 4 to 5 working days Now when I got the tracking number LW[protected]GB but as per tracking info the product was received in Delhi from UK on 26th Nov. 2015 and afterwards there is no update. I wrote to their customer care team twice ticket no. NYS[protected] and SQC[protected] but there is no reply on their end. They do not have any contact number of Indian customer care. I have no idea how to reach them or get my money back as i have paid Rs. 3369.49 for this transaction. [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected] This is the now response i got on 6th Dec. 2015. [protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected][protected] Hi Sandeep, I am really sorry for the trouble you are having regarding this order. I read your complaint online and fully understand your frustration regarding this matter. It seems there has been a problem with your parcel as the tracking says it has not moved since 27/11. Please know I do understand this is unacceptable and I will contact the delivery company to take this matter further with them - I am sure you can appreciate that this is not usual service and from time to time errors do occur. Regarding this case we have 2 options we can reship it via an express service DHL Express so it will reach you this week or we can refund you. All I need is you to kindly complete the attached claim form so I can action your request and get this issue resolved. Once again I am sincerely sorry for this inconvenience - but I can assure you I will have this resolved urgently.
