Order ID: 5421958 placed for the above product was confirmed including receipt of payment. On 5/3/2016 another e-mail received from the companay states that the product had been shipped on 4th. When tracked on 8th, 11th and 13th, the status was available upto 5th only. When contacted Ticket IDs were given as HHY[protected] and DJF[protected]. Again contacted on 13/3/2016. reply awaited. There has been no information about the scheduled/expected date of delivery.
