I had purchased a leather flat sandals from MOCHI INORBIT VASHI on 21 April for around 1300/- & within one month of wearing it the leather started coming off from the base of the sandals . I gave it for repair on the same shop on 01/06/2014 with an assurance from them that i will get them back repaired within 10 days time . It is already 43 days, I have visited the shop at least 5 times spending my valuable time & money but they always say please collect it the next time .
What kind of service is this ? Who will go to the shop where they sell paper footwear . Charging so high & compromising on the quality & absolutely no after sales service . Was this information helpful? |
