[Resolved]  Delhivery Courier Service — The worst delivery commitment

DELHIVERY Courier service is one of the worst delivery system, which I never come across.
32GB micro SD Card ordered through EBAY on 28.10.12, expected date of delivery was on 2.11.12, even till date the item is not delivered. There is no use of calling customer care, bcoz, it's always engaged...

After too many follow ups, I found the item was lying in Bangalore hub from 4.11.12 (which is only 20km to delivery place) & I've literally begged to deliver / self will come and collect, but there is no use...

with lot of frustration, I'm launching this complaint for public awareness.

delivery was on 17.02.14, and dt change on 20.02.14 even till date the item is not delivered
After too many follow ups, I found the item was lying in Trichy hub from 20.02.14 (which is only 2 km to delivery place)

Delhivery is a worst courier service.my order to snapdeal has been shipped to this courier.ordered on 2 nd, still by 12 th it shows under transit. my bill no/ tracking bill no is [protected] ... I request snapdeal to disconnect this courier right now.
The Delhivery courier service is really pathetic, I ordered Mobile through Snapdeal on 31st March delivery date was 7th April but today its 16th April, tired of calling Snapdeal and delhivery numbers but didn't receive the product yet.

Today courier person called up and said the product would be delivered today, when I called him up again after waiting for long hours, he is saying he cannot deliver it, as he has the packet but not sure whether it has any product in it.

Its such a bad, third class service.
I also completely agree with you all i wish i would have read this before order a laptop on snapdeal. i am waiting for my laptop from last 4 days still no response.

Its a gr8 fraudulent courier service...i had ordered for imported soup bowls from shopclues.com...it was broken and i had returned the product and waited for nearly 20 days but when called and asked the respected company they said we had received a wrong parcel holding a saree in it...how bakhwas...when i tried that courier service boy's number it was not reachable...very poor even a lady called me and asked for the pick up of the product on date...i thought it was a genuine service...its all poor and extremely worst...please guys before ordering ur products online see to a maximum extent to call that particular companies customer care number and enquire about the availability of the product first and specially mention them not to send it through DELHIVERY courier service...even if they say they will take the responsibility then pls don't go for placing that orders...thats the only chance we have...

Delhivery Courier Service is possibly the slowest and most uncertain courier service, on the basis of time that I have ever come across. While clever companies like Amazon are using their own courier system, E-Commerce companies like Snapdeal, etc are making customers shy away from them, and use other companies, such as Delhivery. I had ordered a Nikon D3300 DSLR Camera, which on Amazon.In is (sadly) more expensive, although they do offer 1 Day delivery. Delhivery on the other hand, has now taken 5 Days, and my package still has not arrived. I had ordered it on the 23rd of May, and the estimated 'Delhivery' date was the 28th of May. Yet when I called them up today, they said that my package is on its way from Lucknow to Delhi, a journey of no more than 1 Day I assure you, but it was said to have been in transit since the 25th of May. The person at their customer service center was extremely good at trying to assure me that it would come as soon possible, while still telling me that it had not yet even reached Delhi, where it would then be processed, then sent to Mumbai, then processed, then delivered to me, a journey that would at the maximum take '24 - 48 hours'! If on the day of delivery, it is going to take another day, or even more, after 5 days, I think we have a problem here.
Had one of the worst and disappointing experiences. Can't imagine the level of inefficiencies in their system.
It takes them 2 days to ship the package from Delhi to Bangalore and to deliver it to a location in bangalore, it takes them 7 days. And every time you call them, the reply is the same. "Will deliver it today by 6:30"..The false reassurances, the false promises. I have actually called them 16 times..and still haven't received my shipment!
I would rather go and purchase it from a store, and I have decided I will never place any order on Amazon. If they continue to use such low grade Courier/ Logistics partners, they are certain to not only lose their current customer base, but will also never gain any new customers

Overall - Pathetic service, a highly frustrating and disgusting experience!

am very disappointed about your service, i have ordered dress material through snapdeal by 25th of may 2014. but todays date is 6th june till now i did t got the courier. but whenever am tracking the courier through your website its showing that on transit, or despatched . what its this ? . my tracking no. i got the msg that unable to reach you when i called up customer care they are saying your door was locked their person doesn't even made a call to me for conformation...

they don't even think about their costumers... no call nothing... n when ever we try to call, the phone is always busy...

i had also got same experience from delhivery courier .http://track.delhivery.com/p/[protected] they returned my shipment due to no serviceable zone. anybody tell them if they have no serviceable zone so why they commit to deliver product. unfortunately i did make a damn mistake . plz hs18/snapdeal take some action otherwise.. one by one all peoples stop buying product from you.( i placed again a new product on hs18) and waiting for snapdeal product.
stupids. I have faced same issue. I dont know why the [censored] flipkart is engaging with them.
Useless courier i ever seen. I does all non sense stuff, no response, no calling, delivering item to somebody. Very un professional courier ever seen. My camera stand is still not delivered. Only one advise never use this courier

One of the worst courier service is delhivery. I have ordered in shopclues, seller sent the product on oct9, 14 and it is reached Bangalore on Oct 13, 2014, but still I didn't received my product. I had order a Intel i3 processor from flipkart and filpkart send my item through Delhivery courier but Delhivery service did not deliver my item at my 201001 location. Customer care executive said that pick your item from Ghaziabad Delhivery courier office and he gave me address of his branch... when i reach at that address I found that there are no any Delhivery courier office.. after that i call to Delhivery customer care then he gave me mobile no of manager of ghaziabad Delhivery office... when i call to manager 67 times, he never pick my phone...

Customer care executive never pic a call at one time... sometimes, call automatice disconnect after 2 minuts...
