MTNL Broadband — Re: mtnl broadband is not able to provide proper service | |||
I am a user of MTNL BROADBAND user since almost 13 years. My current broadband plan is 999 with 1 mbps unlimited speed. Until recently since last 3 months we have started facing speed problems. Written complaints or online complaints to concerned authorities done many times but condition of speed still the same. Most of the revenue comes from Walled City area as there is wholesale business here but due to poor service many users are opting for DEN or Airtel. Underground cables which are so old since the Tees Hazari Exchange came into being have been laid instead fibre cables should be laid which is not being done. No proper intimation to Ministry by the MTNL authority regd. exchange problems.Lack of revenue and no proper resources nor any planning of new exchange which is to be built at Gandhi Maidan opp. Old Delhi railway station. Why Central govt. can not include MTNL in the Make in India campaign? What is the reason for it going backwards? MTNL was the one that launched broadband in Delhi and what is the reason that other companies have taken over and moved ahead than MTNL. Either the MTNL officials, engineers, technicians are not capable enough so it should be privatised.Tel[protected].
