Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — covering my house entrance with water bottles and using labour which passes cheap comments on girls

I am a resident of b-2, mahendru enclave, stadium road, delhi

This is a matter of serious concern where my property is being blocked by the dealer of bisleri bottles and is using road to keep his bottles this causes inconvenience not only to me but to other residents as well as this obstructs traffic coming on the road as well as the labour used by the labour passes cheap comments on the girls passing by. I have contacted police for the same but there was no response from them also i have contacted my area mla and then also there was no response
Please look into this matter as soon as possible it is a residential area not for commercial use
