No Internet from last 8 hours

My chat I'd [protected] and there is no Internet from last 8 hours. Moreover the connection is installed only yesterday, within 12 hours I need to file a complaint, this is not good service by company....

I jave pade monthly bill two times and i have send emil to netplus more then 3 times. Now they have suspend my internet while i am working from home.

at this pandemic we all new that we can not go office. i request them to resume my connection and one you finish your investiagtion with email department you can get back to me.

netplus email department is sleeping since jan (first time when i send them email)....

Broadband Failure

I got my new Netplus broadback connection on 11th feb and on 12th Feb night it started showing red light in the router and internet was not working. I called the local guy who installed the connection and also called customer care to register the complaint. From that day onwards I have called like 100 times to local authorised persons and mailed 2 times to customer care and called 3 times to customer care but nithing changed. Company even...

Fiber broadband

I am Col Devendra Chikara and I really curse myself why I took a connection from this company. My internet has never worked continuously for 24 hours. No sane person should even try taking a connection from them if there is even a poor alternative available. My connection is at Vrindavan in my own name....

I have taken a broadband fiber connection from netplus at Vrindavan. I am not getting signals for the last 3 days and have been complaing to their office repeatedly. They have always been repeatedly saying that it will be on after 10 minutes. Moreover the behavior of the support staff is atrocious and they, including there manager Mr Ram, are not picking up call....

Bill payment problem

I have deposited Two months payment but no bill was given to us five months before. We have asked so many times to give us the bill. They said that we have not given them any money. After that we have stopped giving any payment. Now our broadband service has been stopped. We are facing a lot of problem because of this. The shopkeeper is not listening to us. Not install iptv at my home

. I have already netplus broadband connection. For last month i request to customer care to install iptv at my home.. last month my plan is upgrade to rs 999. But till date not install iptv at my home. I request all of technician or whom people who install netplus broadband at my home.. but only one reply tell all.. i coming morning but not come. Account is still inactive even after successful recharge

I have done a payment of Rs. 3535/- for ID-[protected] through Netplus App on 7th December at 7:59 AM. But, my account is still showing inactive and also I have not received any confirmation from Netplus for the payment. Pathetic customer service also not able to provide any resolution....

Recharge done but account is still inactive

I have done a payment of Rs. 3535/- for CustomerID-[protected] through Netplus App. But, my account is still showing inactive and also I have not received any confirmation from Netplus for the payment. Please find below the transaction reference number. Money got successfully paid to them, but still they are saying that it has not reached them. Their customer service is pathetic too. They are not able to provide any resolution.
