As i'm new customer of net plus but i'm getting too much trouble. As i changed my location and also i had paid 3months advanced but they didn't help me any more... Even they are not responding properly. Now i'm in new location and wants to get my connection here but they aren't responding and sane goes to customer care. And i'm in too much trouble as in working from home. Please help me asap....

I have registered my account with netplus on 2nd of june, after so many followups on 17th june technician visited and installed wire and modem. Since that i just looking at red light of modem and call foolish and useless customer care. My package has been started where i have already paid 5+1 month payment in advanced. But nothing is working on ground.

What a wonder cc gives me assurance everyday that technician will visit...

As per my internet requirement at my sister home. I got reffrence of kuljeet singh your company employee. I called him saturday 20.6.2020 for internet. He told me send the address proof & adhar card for installation process i send him on immediate basis, he said sunday we will install the internet. I called him on sunday three times but he didn't pick my any single call then i called him on monday two times he picked my third call & misbehaved...

No connectivity, wire problem from three days...

Hey i’m a netplus broadband customer i’m from shivalik city, sector 127, kharar landran road, mohali. My customer id is [protected] registered with name jasdeep singh. My registered mobile number is [protected] n [protected]. I’m unable to use internet service since last night ie 21/06/2020.. Broadband is showing one red light which is blinking. Pls resolve my problem as soon as possible....

They offer high speed internet and we pay them but we didnt get that speed.
Everytime packet loss, ping issue, speed issue.in the peak hours speed is too slow and when we complain about this they dont even fix it rather their employ abuse us and dont fix issue. They argue with customer.

Am from tarn taran city near amritsar and i face alot problem with them.
I pay for 100mbps but get less than 10 mbps in peak...

I am khuswinder singh having net plus broadband subscriber from the last two years. My customer id [protected]. I have transferred the payment in my old id [protected] on 19 oct 2019 and 14 nov 2019 instead of my new id. I have also done cash payment to the broadband dealer.
So i am requesting you to please tranfer my payment in my new id [protected] which i have already paid in old billing id [protected]....

Yesterday in afternoon my Internet connection was not working i called him and he said that wifi is down from main server. Then after a hour i called him again 4-5 times but he didn't picked up the call. My neighbour has same connection i called him he said that wifi is working properly. Due to this negligence...

Netplus broadband wifi network is very weak in law gate, phagwara, punjab; pin code - 144411. They do not provide good service and their network is that much worth that i am not having words. But from 17/04/2020 my internet was down, so i filed a complaint on same day. The customer care said, no worries your issue will be solved soon. But today is 22/04/2020, and i have call to customer care many time but issue still pending. I really never thought that this companies customer service...

My connection is off for the last 3 days, email i got from them says "account is terminated bcoz of payment pending"but when i checked the status of my account online, it shows payment has been done in advance. Nothing is due. Called at customer care atleast 100 times, everytime the helpdesk says, dont worry, it will be activated in half n hour. Its been 3 days no action taken. Such a pathetic and poor service. Now who will update their system...

Dear sir, my name is mohinder singh address is c/o usha kumari house no 1055b rathpur colony pinjore haryana punchkula. I have submitted the documents for netplus and they have provided the id for me to get the new connection. When i talked to mukesh technician here he told me to talk to mr. Rajeev lakra service provider in pinjore haryana distt punchkula, if he will say yes i will set up the connection for you and we have a modam and stuff...

Suddenly my *slow* netplus internet stopped working and i thought it was a regular speed drop as they say its a server maintenance break (Lol), but i received a text on my phone that my plan has been changed to demo plan and i've consumed all the high speed quota on my account. I am trying the helpline number but its on waiting since last 10 minutes and this happened 2 times till now.. There's no way to send a complaint to them to ask why...
