NSA Tradex Private Limited — Non-receipt of refund amount

Material worth rs 2090 was purchased vide invoice no.[protected] date 08/11/2014.
Material was defective and was sent back by same courier person of korea express on 22/11/2014.
Refund is not received till date .
Customercare was called several times who confirms that material is received back but regarding refund they say that they will call back after 24 hours but call never comes .
Please arrange to get me my refund amount as it is already very late.
It would be appreciable if you can confirm back on my email or phone.
