Date of the incident - 26/9/15 . Phone no. of the buyer - [protected] . desirable resolution of my complaint Is REFUND OF MONEY. As the product is not seem to be as good as shown in the advertisement.the product is Not working properly. And the channel Star CJ alive is not giving any response to us after complaining about it many times since from the day of delivery. they are ignoring this incidence again and again. So we need the MONEY as soon as possible.
