Since i ordered swipe slice 3g calling tablet mobile handset from nsa tradex private limited company on 15th august 2016 by payment mode of cash on delivary at price rs. 4098/-. i received the parcel from the nsa tradex private limited on 16th august 2016. i also got gift item for the mobile as keyboard cum case for tablet with mini usb (aid). after that i opened my parcel at my home, then it was not working. i also charged the mobile eventhough it was not working. thereafter i gave the mobile to the service centre at vizianagaram. they took the mobile and they do some repairs to the mobile, then the mobile switches on at their presence. after i came to home from my mobile, again the mobile was not working. after that i called to the service centre. they received my call and said we will refund you or we will give you a new mobile. but they didn't called me after i called to them. they saying, we will call you tomorrow and they delaying my complaint.
