Dear Sir,

I had claimed tax refund for the year 2008-09 but the same hasn't been processed by the assessing officer yet.

I have tried to find their email addresses but all in vain as they don't have an online customer service.

My assessing officer designation is ITO WD 1(1), THANE/PNE/W/70/1.

Please consider my complaint seriously and get the NSDL streamline the system...

I applied for Pan card form and my transcation no:[protected]. The problem is when i am entring my mode of payment (DD) details in nsdl website, show an error and not accepting, due to this i am unable to get the acknowlegment slip. I have applied for change in jurisdiction vide aknowledgement no.[protected] dated[protected]. The registered office of the company is 34b, pocket-b, vikaspuri, new delhi. We also applied the card on this address and also received the pan card on same address. But jurisdiction has been allotted once again in karnatka. Please rectified the same....

I have applied for PAN CARD thru NSDL which acknowledgment no is [protected] and PAN No alloted is CFWPS5451J - but I did not received PAN CARD till today. While on NSDL website it is written that it has been dispatched on 24th March 2009.
