Hi pls help me somebody using my account to recharge through one 97 communications almost they used 11000/- ruppes from account as soon as my account credited, they are using it. I am help less i complained to the bank but they are unable to tell the details pls help me. I have transferred rs.14, 500/- from my paytm account to my bank account on 30.12.2016 but the amount still not credited in my bank account. Payton has provided me the rrn no. But the bank unable find that no and asked for additional details like mode of transaction and date of transaction. I had transferred Rs.5000/- from my UBI saving a/c to Paytm wallet. But it did not get transferred in it. Instead, due to your faulty Paytm App software, it wrongly got transferred to ONE 97 COMMUNICA / DNOIDA, (Paytm’s parent company). This is revealed in the UBI bank statement.

I twice had tried to recharge my paytm wallet with Rs 240 at uber on 15th January 2017 and received a failed transaction message on the app. However the amount got deducted both the times, i.e total Rs 480. I have not received any refund till date. I still have the transaction ID with me. Generally when we pay through paytm wallet the merchant is shown to be paytm but in this case it showed one 97 communications....

On 23th December 2016 I added Rs5000 from my Bank of Baroda Debit card my money is deducted from my bank account but not credited in my wallet paytm shows transaction failed and money refund to bank but money is not credited in my bank account or in my paytm wallet . I had done a transaction on Paytm for booking movie tickets of ₹506 & ₹506 respectively but due to some issues both the transaction got failed & still the amount of ₹506 & ₹506 was debited from my account. I had created a complaint ticket on Paytm app but still I haven't received my refund . It's been over 12 days now. Please look into the matter asap & give back my refund....

I had added Rs 5000 in my Paytm wallet from Standard Charted bank card for my number [protected] on 1st Jan 2017. For the same amount I had asked for reversal of the amount in my bank( Standard Charted) on the same day but still it has not been done. Also I am complaining on their customer care number on which they are not responding.
