Oyo Rooms — Refund not received - Oyo Rooms Chennai | |||||
Booking ID - XQUA1435 I had cancelled this booking immediately after making the booking and have not yet received the refund. I was talking to one of the customer care executives through the customer care number - +[protected] and to my surprise the call was disconnected. I tried calling back several times but receive a message that I need to contact Reliance (service provider) as the number is no longer in use. I wonder if Mr. Ritesh Agarwal has not paid his phone bills and needs to go through another round of 'funding' for this! Pathetic customer support and I am sure I will never use nor propagate Oyo Rooms to anyone.
