I have done mobile recharged and mobile postpaid bill payment through paytm many times. But i have not received any cashbacks amount till date. I have used promo code but not any cashbacks my paytm accounts. Plz resolved my problem. I want cashback. Can you confirm what is the resion in this mattar. Paytm — Balance deducted from my bank account but no recharge happened
I recharged through PayTM website of 560/70/- D2h Videocon/Idea recharge. Balance deducted from my bank account but no recharge happened at all. Santosh BathamPaytm — Money has been deducted but unsuccessful transaction is shown.
A amount of 300 was deducted and transaction got failed. But money have not been received yet. No refund has been initiated. Money was deducted but the status is showing 'Money not yet received from Indian Bank'.
