Paytm — duplicate product

Hi, I bought Nature Best Isopure Protein 7.5 lb, paid 12580/-. I received the product in nice package but when I ate the protein, taste was totally waste, kind of mixing of Sand and spoil things. even I checked with health Nutrition, said it's Duplicate product. I complained the Paytm, they never responed me back. my money totally got wasted. they don't care about the customer.

I have purchased a power bank of 9000mh of samsung brand (model OEM EEB EI1CWEGINU) against order number[protected] dated March 15th Of rupees 800/-.
The order has been shipped and received by me on March 21st. The seller of the product is 'Jai Janendra Creations - Jaipur' thru Invoice number 34415/[protected] dated March 16th.
AFTER RECIEVE THE PRODUCT I CAME TO KNOW THAT IS DUPLICATE...AS IT DID NOT CARRY ANY WARRENTY CARD AND THIS 9000MH POWER BANK EVEN NOT ABLE TO CHARGE MY 'NOTE 3NEO PHONE' AT 50%.
IT TOOK 1 HOUR TO CHARGE IT FOR 39%.
Please do the needful.

Dear Sir, I am order a power bank of Mi having 10400mah on order no[protected], but after open the seal i was found a duplicate power bank which is totally duplicate so please help me otherwise trusted have a good customer is goes out. And request to refunded my money.

I purchased a new JBL Pulse Bluetooth speaker from paytm for Rs 6900. Order no is[protected]. The device was working the first day but it was not charging. And after whatever charge was left drained out the device won't power on neither is it charging. I have written to paytm a no of times for replacement or refund but they to have stopped replying. Their Customer care no is not also working. I received d product on 10/03/215.

Paytm — product delivered installation person didnt show up

Hi i purchased nilkamal Tv cabinet in paytm i got the product delivered but the installation person didnt show up. i tried calling paytm regarding this but no response from them.
