[Resolved] Paytm — recharge amount debited from account but doesn't recharge on my mobile | |||
I had recharged Rs-108 to my BSNL MOBILE NO [protected] through IDBI and DENA BANK debitcard using Paytm site and I get no confirmation massage from paytm site that my account has been recharged, my balance cut off from my both account but my account does not recharged My order no. is[protected] and[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

I have tried to recharge the prepaid mobile no.[protected] from the paytm.com for two times from my Bank of Maharashtra debit card but for the both times amount Rs.135 and Rs.135 debited from my account and neither the mobile is recharged nor the amount Rs.135 and Rs.135 credited in my account. so please credit the above said amount in my Bank account...

It indicate the transactions against Order Ids[protected] and[protected] got failed and later they were refunded back to your bank.
As per our records, we initiated the transfer of Rs. 216 to your bank account from our side as of 08.12.2013. We suggest you please verify your bank statement till the date.
In case of delay in receiving refund, you can check with your bank with refund reference numbers [protected] and [protected].
