PayUMoney — Refund against POS transaction has not processed by Payumoney | |||
Dear Consumer Forum, I have made of a POS transaction through debit card of amount: Rs. 255.55 on 26/01/2015 in Snapdeal.com through Payumoney gateway of payumoney transaction ID: 22704300 The product had cancelled and the refund has been processed by Snapdeal.com. But payumoney have not refund the money to my bank account yet. They are giving fraud confirmation that: Refund for snapdeal.com was processed on 12/02/2015 of Refund ID: 618378 I have make contact with IDBI Bank about the refund confirmation after 5 days but they inform me that no refund process was pending in my account. They are also not responding any call and also they are not giving any reply by e-mail. I want the money back to my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
