[Resolved] PayUMoney — train ticket booking | |||
Hi Yesterday i booked train tickets through my irctc mobile app and i completed the transaction by making the payment of rs. 3610/- through payment gateway - payumoney. The amount was deducted from my account. The screen showed that payment is successful and you will be shortly redirected to irctc website. However that did not happen and ticket was not sent to me. Upon checking irctc i found that they did not receive the money from pay u. It is really disappointing such unprofessional error happens with a payment gateway. Now i don't know will i get a ticket once this issue is resolved. I can't make a fresh booking as if this booking happens i will have to cancel one of the tickets and pay the penalty. Also it is unprofessional from both parties (Irtct & payumoney) that they do not have any helpline nos. None of the irtct helpline no gets connected. Pay u do not have any such option itself. Customer is suffering and i will not get the tickets if sold out. Pleasde provide an urgent solution for this. Was this information helpful? | |||
