PayUMoney — Transaction is not success but balance is deducted from my account

Good morning sir, i am bba 1 year 1 semester student. I have a registration no. 16g0166310 and form no. Is 94151 but there is a problem that my exam fee is deduct in two times from my icici a/c. My first transaction is unsuccessful but balance is deduct from my account because web page is shown that sorry your payment is unsuccessful so i paid again exam fee which is success amount rs.3642. And have a transaction ref.[protected] and bank ref.[protected] and time and date 11/24/2016 10:15:00 am

So please help me for refund my amount in my account.
