www.portamart.in is a fake online shopping store. I purchased a product and they charged my amount but my order did not placed. I checked status then it was showing confirmed and shipped. When i tried to call them their customer care number. They did not picked my call i tried 4 days to call them but no response on the mail and call. I need resolution on this asap....

Concern, The mobile battery (GIONEE GPad 3) was booked by this online website on dated 20/05/2015 through express courier but 5th days has been passed & till not received for which your website assure to provide facility in minimum time limit.
