Order not placed after full payment of battery

Delivered a wrong product

In the month of May-2015, I have ordered through online a flip cover for my Karbonn mobile in Portamart site, I received the product after 10 days. When I opened the product I was really shocked. The product size matches with the mobile size but it does not hold the mobile tightly. When I contact them they told me to send the photos, I send them the required photos. When I contact them again they are replying me the same mail again and again....

Batter not functioning for first time itself
