My order very delayed...

I had placed order on 12th sept and made full payment on your website, Since then i have not received any proper response on my order and every time i am told that there are some issues in printing detected during quality check and has been processed again. But until now there is no clear update on the delivery of my order. Please address this urgently....

I had placed an order for a customized mug on May 1, 2021. Since then I have not received any shipping updates let alone the product ordered.
